Refund Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 Evaan Vacation is committed to providing a seamless travel experience. However, certain circumstances may require you to cancel or request a refund for our services. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines, procedures, and conditions related to cancellations, refunds, and returns for our tour packages and Travellers Community Program.

1.2 By booking tours or participating in our Travellers Community Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.


2. Cancellation & Refund

2.1 Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel, you must provide written notice at least 5 days prior to the scheduled tour. A cancellation fee of INR 25,000 + GST will apply. The refund amount will be calculated in accordance with the timing of your cancellation and this policy.

2.2 No Refunds for Personal Reasons
Cancellations due to personal reasons, change of mind, or inability to attend do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

2.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after deducting the non-refundable reservation amount and any applicable cancellation fees. Please allow reasonable time for the refund to reflect in your account.

2.4 Timeline
Refunds, less the administrative fee of INR 25,000 + applicable taxes, will be processed within 90 days from the date of cancellation. Evaan Vacation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.


3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

3.1 If a tour or service is cancelled by Evaan Vacation, participants will be offered the choice of:

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1 In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, political unrest, or any force majeure event, Evaan Vacation may adjust or suspend refunds. Participants will be notified promptly of any such changes.

4.2 Under these circumstances, alternative arrangements, credit vouchers, or rescheduled trips may be offered at the company’s discretion.


5. Communication

5.1 Participants will be kept informed of the status of their cancellation and refund process via email, phone, or other official communication channels.

5.2 Any delays in refund processing due to banking procedures or unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute liability on the part of Evaan Vacation.


6. Legal Safeguards

6.1 Evaan Vacation reserves the right to reject fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized refund claims.

6.2 Refunds and cancellations are subject to applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

6.3 By participating in the Travellers Community Program or booking tours, you acknowledge that Evaan Vacation shall not be liable for indirect losses, opportunity costs, or consequential damages arising from cancellations or refund delays.
